Metaspex Team Story Contact
Vincent Lextrait

Vincent is the founder of Metaspex. He spent his entire career in the technology industry, in research, engineering, team management and business responsibilities.

He worked successively for the largest ERP vendor in Europe (now IBM), Matra Marconi Space (now Astrium), ILOG (now IBM) an INRIA startup spinoff, and Amadeus, the travel technology leader.

At Amadeus, he and the team he hired built all the layers from iron and up that allow Amadeus to sustain 40,000 transactions per second, which compares for instance as ~60% of the traffic Google Search delivered worldwide in 2019.

Vincent lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

She is one of these very scarce professionals who, in parallel of team management kept a deep technological hands-on expertise. In a world where half of the professionals have less than 3.5 years of experience, she cumulates an impressive decades-long know-how of back-end technology.

Julie worked for Continental Airlines, Connected Corporation, Iron Mountain Digital, Hewlett-Packard, Pearson Education, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Scholastic, SilverRail (at the time an Expedia company). She is currently SVP of Content Technologies at Starz.

She has a Master in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
